Acceptable Use Policy

Popino is a creative tool: you create characters and put them in trends. It is not a tool to impersonate, deceive or harm real people. This policy applies to everything you upload, describe or generate.
1. Real people and consent
- You may only use a photo of a real person as a character if it is you, or if you have the explicit permission of that person.
- You may only upload a video of a real person if you appear in it yourself, or you have the permission of the people in it and the rights to the video.
- No public figures: celebrities, politicians, influencers, athletes or any well-known person, even as a parody, unless you are that person.
- No content that could reasonably be mistaken for a real event or a real statement by a real person (deepfakes, fake news, fake endorsements).
2. Strictly prohibited content
- Anything involving minors, or characters that look like minors, in any sexual or suggestive context. This is reported to the authorities.
- Nudity, sexual or pornographic content of any kind.
- Harassment, bullying, humiliation, threats or content targeting a specific person or group.
- Hate speech or content promoting discrimination or violence.
- Graphic violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
- Political or electoral manipulation, misinformation, or scams and fraud (fake ads, fake testimonials, fake identities).
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or anyone's rights, including videos you don't have the rights to use.
3. Children
Popino is for adults (18+). Do not create characters from photos of children or upload videos featuring children.
4. Label AI content
When you publish a video made with Popino, follow the rules of the platform you post on. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube require realistic AI-generated content to be labeled as AI-generated: use their AI label.
5. How we enforce this policy
- Inputs and outputs may be checked by automated safety filters; generations that fail them are blocked.
- We may review content that is reported to us or flagged by our systems.
- If you break this policy we may remove content, refuse generations, and suspend or close your account without refund. Serious violations may be reported to the competent authorities.
6. Report abuse
If you believe content made with Popino uses your image without consent or breaks this policy, email abuse@popino.io with a link or description. We review reports quickly and remove infringing content.
